Luminous IPS – Home UPS Zolt 1100

The Luminous Zolt 1100 is a full-featured home UPS that has a large battery for runtime and supports a single battery. It was originally a multi-function UPS that could function as a power factor correction (PFC) controller, intelligent battery charger, and intelligent load shedding controller, along with other features. Since I am currently in the process of writing a book on UPS power systems and have been looking for a great home UPS to write about, I decided to test the Zolt 1100 to see how it stacks up. I will start with the features then move on to a summary of my testing and conclusion.
